ONCE YOU HAVE A COMPLETED SET OF ARCHITECTURAL PLANS, YOU ARE NOW READY TO START OUR BIDDING PROCESS. THEN WE WILL MOBILIZE OUR TEAM OF SUBCONTRACTORS TO PUT TOGETHER A SITE VISIT TO PREPARE A FIXED BID FOR YOUR PROJECT. EKJ TAKES PRIDE IN PUTTING TOGETHER A DETAILED AND ITEMIZED BID WITH THE GOAL OF BEING AS INFORMATIVE AND TRANSPARENT AS POSSIBLE.
WE ARE HAPPY TO WORK WITH YOU WHILE YOUR PROJECT PLANS EVOLVE TO MEET YOUR BUDGET OR DESIGN NEEDS. OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE ACCURATE PRICING WHICH REFLECTS THESE CHANGES AND HELPS GUIDE YOU IN FINALIZING YOUR DECISIONS. AFTER YOUR PLANS HAVE BEEN FINALIZED WE WILL SUBMIT THEM FOR PERMITTING AND MOBILIZE OUR TEAM.
REGULAR SITE MEETINGS WITH YOU AND THE ARCHITECT ARE A HIGH PRIORITY FOR US. SITE MEETINGS HELP KEEP ALL PARTIES ON THE SAME PAGE THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF THE PROJECT AND ULTIMATELY HELP TO MITIGATE ANY ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE.
ONCE THE PROJECT HAS REACHED SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OUR PROJECT MANAGER WILL PUT TOGETHER A PUNCHLIST, WHICH IS A DETAILED LIST OF OUTSTANDING ITEMS NEEDING ATTENTION. THE PROJECT MANAGER SCHEDULES TO MEET WITH YOU TO DISCUSS THE LIST AND MAKE CHANGES AS NEEDED. EKJ WILL WORK TO COMPLETE THE LIST AS PROMPTLY AS POSSIBLE, ENSURING YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT.
WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR WORK AND OFFER A FULL 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON ALL OUR WORK. IF ANY ISSUES SHOULD ARISE WE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ADDRESS THEM DURING THIS TIME.
